As the executive vice president of Operations at SGEi, Dana oversees all client project management and deliverables of the creative department.

She actively supports the growth and development of SGEi, as well as generates a strong bottom line. She leverages her over 18 years of business management and sales operations proficiency into successful strategic planning and goal setting for SGEi.

Prior to joining SGEi, Dana gained operational and business expertise in retail management with highly recognized international brands. She recruited and selected individuals, trained teams on customer service standards, and developed standard operating procedures for her team at Pottery Barn Kids. She oversaw regional meetings for her district, holding herself and other leaders accountable for national and regional standards. Her philosophy centers on creating coachable moments that enrich her teams with honesty, an earnest desire to progress, and a strict observance of standard operating procedures. Dana’s passion for developing highly effective teams is palpable to those who work with her, and she pursues every opportunity to enhance her own professional leadership capabilities and develop those around her.
