Prior to joining SGEi, Dana gained operational and business expertise in retail management with highly recognized, international brands. She recruited and selected individuals, trained teams on customer service standards, and developed standard operating procedures for her team at Pottery Barn Kids. She oversaw regional meetings for her district, holding herself and other leaders accountable for national and regional standards. Her philosophy is centered on creating coachable moments, which enriched her teams with honesty, an earnest desire to progress, and a strict observance of standard operating procedures.
