VP of Training and Communications


Courtney brings over 20 years of experience of innovative training and development solutions working with Fortune 500 companies to her role as Vice President of Training and Communications to SGEi.

She leads the team in creating and developing learning and cultural programming for SGEi and their clients. Courtney oversees the SGEi Training Academy and leads the delivery of all training modules, workshops, and material for clients on behalf of SGEi.

Prior to joining SGEi, Courtney was Head of Learning Development and Diversity and Inclusion for The Americas at Soho House & Co. She was responsible for adopting a systemic view of learning, inclusion, wellbeing, and culture to ensure change and improvement were embraced across all levels and functions of the business.

Courtney has consulted on learning and development for clients such as the Snap Inc, Facebook, PGA, NBA, Deloitte, Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate, Dolce Vita, UFC, Mercedes Benz Financial and is a speaker represented by Live Nations SME Division. Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in History with a Minor in Organizational Behavior and Political Science from DePaul University.
