Rachel’s passion for People and Culture began in her college years, where she experienced first-hand just how impactful culture and the employee experience can be for an organization. Her focus is on consulting with organizations to find the pain points and answer the question, “How can we do better for our people?”
Prior to her time with SGEi, Rachel spent a few years working at Southern Utah University, where she served in a leadership role, focused on the onboarding and training of new advisors, as well as improving and impacting the lived experiences of the student body. Her work there led her as well into a focus on career, and helping guide individuals and groups toward greater satisfaction with their career progression.
Rachel received her Bachelor’s and Master of Arts in Professional Communication from SUU and is also qualified as a Strong Certified Interpreter.
