Challenge
Swire Properties wanted to develop a leadership development program for middle and senior managers across all divisions. The programming was designed around the company leadership expectations and values. In 2019, they wanted to invest in high-performing staff by offering them leadership development.
SGEi’s Solution
In 2018, SGEi developed a series of workshops, offered one-on-one coaching, and provided weekly insights and reminders on key leadership tasks and habits to approximately 50 frontline managers.
In 2019, SGEi delivered the leadership program to a new group of managers and also rolled out a “Future Leaders” program for high-performing staff. The programming includes a variety of learning experiences and communications.
Results
The coaching program improved leadership growth opportunities, seeing an increase in internal promotions for participants.
