Our SGEi Training Academy was created with two groups in mind: our partners and our team of trainers, coaches, and consultants.
We are committed to helping our clients succeed and delivering dynamic training and coaching to them is our promise. We are passionate, have operational and managerial experience, and have mastered our ability to shift mindsets and habits into positive directions effectively. Our academy ensures every client gets to work with some of the best trainers and coaches in the business.
Professional trainers and coaches focus on investing in clients, so they are often left without the resources and support to invest in themselves. Our SGEi Training Academy is designed to invest in our busy trainers, coaches, and consultants. We groom operational experts into becoming master trainers; it is the perfect segue between practical experience and a career as a trainer.
What Sets SGEi Apart?
SGEi designs and delivers customer service training programs that inspire employees to learn, grow, and take control of their personal development. SGEi also develops a series of stimulation and socialization tools (before and after training modules) to reinforce desired new habits as well as e-Learning modules to ensure the ongoing adoption of those new habits. Further, SGEi modules are accompanied by a frontline manager coaching module to ensure desired habits are ingrained correctly.
