ABOUT JIM

Jim Frost is an accomplished leader and business development manager with a diverse background.

He will guide the SGEi brand in growing and maintaining our strong business relationships and managing the marketing efforts of our team. His experience as a former learning and development facilitator helped to hone his skills in training and coaching, equipping new hires with the knowledge needed to excel and enhance his understanding of our brand and client needs.

Prior to joining SGEi, Jim’s experience as a business leader involved brand marketing for both B2B and B2C sectors, leading a team of independent representatives, and fostering robust relationships through networking. His professional journey reflects a strong commitment to client service, coaching, and relationship management. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife, Alisha, and their eight children. Jim is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, having served in the US military for the Army. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology before earning his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
