ABOUT KIM

Kim Hines brings over 15 years of Learning and Development and ten years of Graphic Design proficiency to her role as the Learning and Development Manager.

She guides the SGEi Design team in the creation of learning experiences and assists with the training development of the company’s facilitation team. Her areas of expertise include creating engaging and effective learning solutions for clients and industries that improve employee performance and implementation of brand culture and standards.

Prior to joining the SGEi team, Kim was the learning program manager for ASM Research and consulted as a learning and development expert for the UCSF Medical Center. Her areas of expertise helped her to manage the implementation of large-scale platforms and learning systems for several organizations. Kim earned her masters in Instructional Design and Organizational Development from San Francisco State University and graduated Cum Laude with her BFA in Graphic Design from Old Dominion University.
