CASE STUDY: Executive Planning with Clear Objectives
Challenge
Hakkasan Group was looking to host an Executive Retreat to focus on strategy, teamwork, and leadership development and needed an expert to prepare, facilitate, and follow up on the retreat to ensure the objectives of the retreat were met.
SGEi’s Solution
The SGEi team met with key executives to understand the goals of the retreat and the engagement elements desired for the participants. SGEi developed an agenda to support the overall goals of the retreat that included pre-work assigned to executives to execute prior. An SGEi executive coach facilitated the three-day retreat, developing a SMART action plan to document items and track ideas from the retreat. Two-hour meetings were held at 30, 60, and 120 days post-retreat to follow up and ensure progress was executed on the action plan.
Results
Hakkasan Group left the retreat with clear goals assigned to each executive, establishing accountability and cohesiveness within the executive group.
