At SGEi, we utilize our Culture Hacker Assessment to help understand the cultural priorities and needs of the organization. We use an in-depth survey and focus group interviews to understand how various levels of the organization see their culture and then rate the delivery of key activities, mechanisms, and managers that define the organization’s employee experience. At the same time, the SGEi team will review all materials and tools currently being utilized based on their ability to deliver the desired employee experience and culture.
