SGEi has developed a transformation strategy that is considerate of the hearts and minds of the employees. We call it “culture hacking.” Organizations of all sizes have utilized our strategy to evolve their culture successfully. A key aspect of the program is the activation of the frontline leadership teams to own and lead the change process and the cultural refresher. We host a two-day change and culture leadership workshop that helps develop the necessary leadership habits to sustain the desired culture while also engaging managers to take the lead at each step of the transformation process. The workshop allows for up to 24 managers.
