ABOUT CELESTA

As a leadership development facilitator and executive coach, Celesta brings more than 20 years of experience across food & beverage, hospitality management, and automotive industries. She specializes in developing leaders, designing impactful training programs, improving organizational processes, and creating customer experience strategies that drive engagement, performance, and long-term success.

Throughout her career, Celesta has held senior leadership roles including Product and Process Manager and Lead Instructional Designer for Volvo Cars, as well as management positions with Kobos Company, Riviera Country Club, and the Bel-Air Bay Club. Her work bridges strategy and execution—translating business objectives into practical leadership behaviors and scalable systems that elevate both employee and guest experiences.

As a certified ICF Coach, Celesta is deeply committed to helping individuals and teams adapt to the evolving needs of customers, employees, and organizations. Drawing on her extensive background in management and consulting, she coaches leaders with a focus on communication, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and interpersonal agility—empowering them to lead with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence.

Celesta holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Brigham Young University and brings a robust toolkit of certifications, including mediation, DiSC, NLP, and Predictive Index.
