As a leadership and performance consultant, Cristian Martinez brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience, including 23 years in the United States Air Force, where he developed a disciplined, systems-driven approach to performance, accountability, and operational excellence. He specializes in helping organizations strengthen service culture, align leadership behaviors, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences in complex and high-demand environments.
Cristian has partnered with organizations across the hospitality and service sectors to elevate front-line service consistency, improve leadership alignment, and build cultures capable of sustaining performance under pressure. His work focuses on integrating leadership development, communication strategies, and process optimization to ensure service delivery is intentional, repeatable, and aligned with organizational goals.
As an Executive Director with Maxwell Leadership and founder of Leadership Legacy, Cristian designs and delivers programs that enhance team accountability, strengthen cross-functional communication, and establish measurable service standards that reinforce brand integrity. His ability to translate strategic priorities into practical leadership behaviors enables organizations to drive meaningful, sustainable results.
Cristian holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Columbia Southern University and is Lean Six Sigma certified. With experience across both public and private sector environments, including roles requiring high levels of trust and confidentiality, he brings a unique perspective to leadership, culture, and performance transformation.
