ABOUT DEBRA

As the CX & Hospitality Coach & Trainer, Debra brings her extensive expertise in customer experience, hospitality operations, and leadership coaching to the SGEi team. She partners with clients to design and deliver immersive learning experiences that elevate service excellence, enhance leadership capability, and strengthen brand culture across all levels of the organization.

With a career spanning more than two decades in luxury hospitality and guest experience, Debra is passionate about developing and maintaining consistently high-quality standards throughout the hospitality enterprise and has created and implemented a myriad of training initiatives aimed at elevating guest experiences and improving internal efficiencies.

Before joining SGEi, she partnered with Gecko Hospitality, listed among North America’s Best Recruiting firms in 2024 and 2025, as the company’s recruiting representative in the state of Nevada. Headquartered in Las Vegas, she services hotels, resorts, casinos, private clubs, lifestyle communities, and other hospitality-related venues. Before Gecko Hospitality, she was the CEO and co-owner of The Stirling Club, an exclusive, members-only enclave located in the heart of Las Vegas. Debra has spent more than two decades immersed in hotel management and leadership for leading luxury, full-service, and limited-service brands.

Debra earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Hotel/Restaurant Management from Central Michigan University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Butler University. She also holds designations as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
