ABOUT HARRY
Harry brings over 25 years of leadership experience in international travel, luxury hospitality, and brand strategy to his role as a senior consultant and facilitator with SGEi.
He specializes in opening and rebranding luxury hotels and resorts, having led 17 such projects in Director, GM, and SVP roles, including launching the first St. Regis Resort and earning a Forbes Five-Star Award. His strategic focus on People, Place, Product, and Process has driven success across Rooms, F&B, Sales, and Marketing divisions. Notably, he reflagged The Lodge & Spa at Cordillera, earning it the #5 ranking among U.S. ski resorts and #1 for Food Service by Condé Nast.
Harry’s background includes leading customer experience programs for boutique hotels, convention centers, and luxury resorts in markets such as Manhattan, Aspen, South Beach, and the Seychelles. His branding and marketing expertise—along with a passion for coaching and mentoring—has positioned properties for success in competitive environments.
Before joining SGEi, Harry was a Cruise Director with Renaissance Cruises and spent 12 years traveling the world with Maritz & INTRAV, becoming the youngest member of the Traveler’s Century Club at age 30. He currently partners with SGEi to consult on training, operations, and brand performance for clients such as Durango and Fontainebleau Resorts and has been featured on the Travel Channel’s Resort Rescue.
Harry is a Master Trainer, a Forbes Standards expert, and a recognized leader in cultivating culture, communication, and brand excellence that drives guest satisfaction and business results.
