ABOUT MARIE

Marie brings over 12 years of learning and development proficiency to her role as the Senior Learning and Development Specialist.

She guides the team with her extensive expertise in designing and creating impactful and innovative eLearning experiences. With a strong background in LMS administration, Marie excels in aligning educational initiatives with company goals to foster employee growth and organizational success. Marie is known for her innovative approach, organizational prowess, and efficiency in streamlining workplace procedures.

Prior to joining SGEi, Marie worked as a freelance eLearning consultant and operations manager, where she developed classroom and eLearning experiences for various clients, as well as for the long-term care industry.

She earned her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Oregon.
