ABOUT MIKE

As a leadership development facilitator, Michael brings more than 12 years of consulting experience across a wide range of industries, helping organizations strengthen performance through empathy-driven leadership and effective communication. His work centers on developing the human skills that drive results—listening, emotional intelligence, and conversation frameworks that build trust, clarity, and connection.

Michael has partnered with organizations globally across industries including automotive, finance, defense, biotech, healthcare, consulting, property management, SaaS, eCommerce, and aviation. In his leadership sessions, he equips leaders and teams with practical tools to communicate more intentionally, navigate complex conversations, and foster cultures that support engagement, accountability, and sustainable success.

He has worked with leading organizations such as Amgen, BMW of North America, Goldman Sachs, the U.S. Federal Reserve, Deloitte, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Bank of America, American Express, and Raytheon. Michael’s ability to blend insight, storytelling, and real-world application creates learning experiences that spark reflection and inspire meaningful behavior change.

Michael is a graduate of Utah Valley University and holds an Advanced Diploma in Body Language from Adams Academy. He is also a certified advocate for climate change education, having completed the Certificate for Climate Change from Penn State University.
