ABOUT SANDRA
Before becoming President of SGEi, Sandra Green served as the COO for over a decade, driving the company’s growth and success. In her current role, she leads the consulting practice, specializing in spearheading transformative projects, including hotel openings and service culture enhancements.
As a celebrated “tastemaker” within the industry, Sandra is recognized for her distinctive, intuitive approach to the unique needs of each client. Sandra has spearheaded many projects, including the opening of The Savoy Resort & Spa in Seychelles, Wanda Hotels in China, and select Hilton locations. She also facilitated the branding and training of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in 2010, when her creative ingenuity led to the property’s recognition as one of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces of 2012. She was heavily involved in the Park MGM transformation, the opening of the Station Casinos Durango Hotel and Resort, and the most recent opening of the Las Vegas Fontainebleau. She has designed customer and employee experiences for BMW, Hakkasan, Westfield, and the NBA.
Prior to joining SGEi, Sandra was the executive vice president at Station Casinos of Las Vegas, where she oversaw 5,000 hotel rooms, maintained daily operations, sales, marketing, revenue management, and a state-of-the-art call center. Sandra was the corporate director of Operations and Brand Standards for W Hotels Worldwide, as well as the Corporate Director of Rooms for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. She has repositioned and opened more than 45 hotels worldwide, leading each one to achieve higher sales and employee retention, as well as lasting customer engagement.
Sandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Management, and Psychology before earning her Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University.
