ABOUT TODD

As a leadership and customer experience expert, Todd Bouldin partners with senior executives to drive measurable shifts in culture, leadership behavior, and customer impact. He brings deep experience aligning leadership capability and organizational priorities at scale, helping organizations translate strategy into sustained performance and meaningful results.

Before joining SGEi, Todd led U.S. strategy enablement at Deloitte, where he managed a team of 12 professionals supporting six industry groups. In this role, he partnered directly with senior leaders to align leadership development, culture, and capability-building initiatives with firm-wide strategic priorities. His work helped shape enterprise-level approaches to leadership effectiveness and long-term growth.

Throughout his career, Todd has worked with leading global organizations including BlackRock, Ford Motor Company, Shell Oil, Deloitte, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, BMW, JPMorgan Chase, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Citi, Mazda, Avis Budget Group, and Amgen. During his tenure at Deloitte, Todd and his team were recognized with two Brandon Hall Awards for excellence in the design and delivery of innovative growth strategies focused on building senior-level competencies across technology and industry.

Todd is certified in SDI and holds a coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
