As the Vice President of Training and Consulting, Fran serves as the strategic liaison between SGEi’s clients and trainers and consultants in the field.

 

She ensures the consistent alignment of client objectives with the delivery of SGEi customized programs and resources to ensure learning experiences are always memorable, motivating, and effective.

Fran is an executive leader with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and healthcare management industries. Prior to SGEi, Fran enjoyed 16 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts before joining Four Seasons at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago. In 2006, she transitioned to Las Vegas with Station Casinos and eventually returned to Chicago with Kokua Hospitality. During her career, Fran has served as Hotel Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Operations in both hospitality and healthcare. Fran was also a Vice President of Operations for ARAMARK Healthcare serving the North Shore University Heath System, a complex, four-hospital healthcare provider in Illinois. She was a DDI Certified Interaction Management Instructor and facilitated numerous training and orientation programs for Four Seasons, Station Casinos, and ARAMARK Healthcare.

Fran earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Journalism and Advertising from South Dakota State University. She also completed numerous leadership development programs including ARAMARK’s Strategic Leadership Program through Penn State University, I-Impact, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management.
